When you get spam with ow.ly links in them -> forward your emails to ec2-abuse@amazon.com because ow.ly and hootsuite.com PROMOTE spammers and are ignorant to ALL complaints.

In FF 9.01, I keep receiving "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier." which stops the remaining streams updating.

Bulk Schedule doesn't work with accented characters. Characters with ASCII values greater than 128 cause 500 Internal Server errors or timeouts. What's strange is that the upload works fine for all messages before the accent, then error happens, then the HootSuite screen doesn't provide any feedback. Non-English users are really going to have a difficult time. On the other hand, you can schedule tweets individually without the Bulk Scheduler and those tweets are sent out just fine.

When using a facebook page it only shows the page's feed... Would be nice to be able to see the facebook pages HOME feed (of all the other pages this page has liked)... until this is possible I will still need to log into facebook to catch this stream. would love to be able to just stay in hootsuite.

Having NO way to remove a disgruntled former team member that "owns" our twitter account on Hootsuite & who will not willingly remove themselves is ridiculous!

With the most recent update, the retweeting feature changed to an auto re-post versus having the option to quote someone elses tweet & comment on it. Offering both options makes sense. Also, can't "retweet" to Facebook anymore or to multiple twitter accts at once. PS Thanks for the Instagram integration!

Explain how the points work in an easy to find place. Don't give the impression on your sign up page stuff is included, that you have to pay for afterwards. Allow an interface that only shows what I can use without additional points. Make it directly obvious in the modules list which are included, and which not. It's pain to have to rollover over all modules to find out.

I love the new Digg app! but unfortunately it doesn't behave the same way Digg.com does. EXAMPLE STORY: http://digg.com/news/offbeat/new_york_leper_colony_eerie_pictures_inside_abandoned_world_of_lost_island It would be much better if, when you click on the story title* in the streams, it goes straight to the 3rd-party website, rather than popup the Digg Story Details modal box. * i.e. "New York leper colony: Eerie pictures inside abandoned world of lost island" in the chosen example For the functionality of going to the Digg story page, this would be better done by clicking on the yellow box that contains the number of Diggs, or the avatar/small-image associated with the story.

I like the sound notification. But that is only for the live tab. We loose out on what is going on in the other tabs. Especially if we are working on other documents and have hootsuite in the background. A optional notification for all tabs would be great. A optional pop up would be even better. Again...for all tabs. Not just the live tab.
