Affiliates to be able to set their own target landing page.
At present affiliates can only land their campaigns to hootsuite home, pro or pricing pages.
It would be great if we could set our own landing page, so we could promote to mobile users or even bespoke blackberry uses.

Don't insult affiliate with lame affiliate terms.Recurring billing means recurring commissions.
a longer cookie/credit than 60 days for leads to upgrade and a lower than 100$ payment threshold will get more people to promote for you as well.

Affiliate Program Payout Is Too High
Here's the thing...$100 is an okay payout if you were on a network like CJ, Linkshare, and Shareale. Because affiliates have lots of choices so it's easier to make that threshold.
Hootsuite is a very niche program and to have $100 payout is ridiculous. If your price point was higher then you might have a case. Furthermore you have to search and search to find out how much you get for each signup so this leads me to believe that you don't want affiliates- you just want people promoting you for free. Either that, or you have an experienced person…

Allow one free account manager without upgrading to pro
I setup client's social media accounts and in the the process sign them up for hootsuite so they can manage their network. Sometimes they initially want my company to manage while they figure it out. I can't add their account for us to manage without having them upgrade to pro. I'm not interested in earning affiliate $. Just want to make things easy for my clients. I'm putting them in your system and you can drip market and upsell.
