Hootsuite Plugin for Wordpress
How about a Hootsuite plugin for wordpress that allows editors to have hootsuite controls in the "edit post" page. Allow editors to write a post, and then use the hootsuite plugin to schedule when their new post would be sent out to social networks, or view hootsuite analytics for specific posts.

+1 for this, I have a blog site, so being able to leverage Hootsuite to post to all my social networks, and track would be essential.
Otherwise I have to
a) post to my blog.
b) Copy link to post
c) Open up Hootsuite
d) post new link to HootsuiteWould really like this....

Ok you can now access Wordpress on hootsuite, but not in the iPad and iPhone apps, you can only log in online on pc or Mac, any idea when available in the iPad and iPhone apps?

I started using hootsuite assuming that the demand for this plugin would urge you to get it done. TBH I am getting tired of waiting and am starting to contemplate using other social media organizers. Please get this done!!!!

Is there an update on this project? This looks to be over a year old and I don't understand why their still is no support. As a WP developer, I can't imagine why this is difficult. If anything you could build a pluggin that hosted WP users could install to connect with...

With so many people using wordpress as their website platform, it would be extremely convenient to be able to access/post to them along with the other social sites from one central location (e.g. Hootsuite).

Also, there's plenty of functionality in the core wordpress to query comments, etc. the "client status" plugins use a special API key to gain access to basically all of wordpress. would be pretty simple to do the same thing. make an API key on hootsuite.com, enter it into the hootsuite plugin, bam... instant access to everything.
