Use gplusrss.com to get a RSS-Feed of Google+ Profiles and sites
We created a service to get a RSS-Feed from Google+ sites and profiles: http://gplusrss.com/
It is even used by the official Google+ Profile.
We are currently using it with hootsuite to autotweet G+ Postings on twitter.
You could also show Google+ Postings in hootsuite through this tool.
Maybe this is of interest for other customers as well?
