        I would love to have the Hootsuite RSS reader available to read in the iPad app. That is why I used Google Reader in the first place, I could read when I was offline, like waiting some place.

        Since Google is dropping Reader, wouldn't an RSS aggregator app in HS that replicates Reader functionality make more sense?

        If you haven't heard the news, Google is dropping Reader on July 1, 2013 :-/

        I would love it if HootSuite could connect directly to Google RSS Reader. HootSuite is increasingly allowing me the benefit of managing almost everything in one place. This would definitely be a step in the right direction and would make my work flow easier and more productive.

        I use Sprout Social for two primary reasons. RSS integration with Google Reader, and much less expensive and expansive reporting features.

        Any update on this? HootSuite is unusable as an RSS Reader. Sprout Social does a *much* better job of this because it can pull in your Google Reader feed. As far as I can tell, HootSuite requires each RSS feed to be added manually? Seriously? If this feature was 'Under Review' in Dec 2010, hos is the 2-year-long review going?

        I want to be able to review my Google Reader within the Hootsuite Mobile app so I can use one app to view/share instead of 2.

        It is a pain in the neck to manually export and then import Google Reader. Adding this integration would be a huge timesaver and remove the "pain in the neck" factor.

        any news on this ... for me it will be the one feature that will make me use hootsuite as the central place to monitor and manage all buzz around your brand/blog... Just adding a RSS-feed as stream without having to post the contents would make all the differeance...
