How can the SlideShare app be improved?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Improve its speed

    Really finding it tough to use on slow connection so it is good to work on its speed by making file zipped at the time of uploading and then unzip after uploading..

    • News Feed.

      Is the home feed the only feed I can see? I would like to be able to see my news feed. Not much use otherwise.

      • Unable to view / comment in SlideShare

        I am unable to write / post / comment using SlideShare app... In some images it showed comments, but, it's not showing in my hootsuit.

        • Once I connected; but now it just constantly tries to load -- and never does.

          Fix it.

          • Slideshare problem

            When I try to enter my slideshare account, it says the username or password is incorrect when it's not. I can't access the app.

            • My SlideShare account deleted when linking with HootSuite

              I attempted to link the HootSuite app to SlideShare and all my account profile and documents were deleted. Thanks.

              • Connection throug email address instead of username only

                I am experience problems connecting slideshare to hootsuite. I keep entering the valid credentias username +pssw. But I get a authorisation failure. As I cannot connect / signup with the e-mail address I use for slideshare, I have not other means to connect the account. It would be good to offer both possibilities.
