After signing in, it asks me to approve the app. I select yes, and a blank screen is then returned. It just hangs at that point.

Also in Chrome it is not working for me; only number 404 is in the screen.
Is it an error code?

I encounter this with IE but not Chrome, you may want to try a different browser.
