I want to add Zendesk on my dashboard but when I go to the "marketplace" and I instal it, the "add a feed" popup don't allow me to pick it from my existing app list...
Already tried to uninstal it and disconnet from my dashboard but that changes nothing !4 votes
Have automatic messages when creating a ticket:
1. Have a message reply to user that ticket has been created auto enter the compose message box
2. Be able to have an auto message fill the description box in the create ticket pop-up. Ex. "Please reply to this ticket with your questions", or "A customer advocate will be in touch"2 votes
