How can the Zendesk app be improved?

Automatic Replies

Have automatic messages when creating a ticket:

1. Have a message reply to user that ticket has been created auto enter the compose message box

2. Be able to have an auto message fill the description box in the create ticket pop-up. Ex. "Please reply to this ticket with your questions", or "A customer advocate will be in touch"

        Hi Brady!

        The Zendesk app doesn't function as a stream, but as a plug-in. If you select the drop down arrow on a message, you should see 'Send to Zendesk' as an option. This will allow you to create a ticket. If you do not see this option, ensure you are not using secure mode in Settings> Preferences. Thank you!

        Sarah.. The zendesk app will not load properly when I try to connect it with my Hootsuite.. When I try to add a stream it says that I downloaded it and installed it.. However, it will not let me add it as a stream. Is this due to the version of Hootsuite that I have?>
