ow.ly links in Facebook don't include image thumbnail or preview text
Links shared on Facebook fan pages have higher click-throughs if they include the thumbnail image and the lead-in/preview text sentence or two. When I submit an ow.ly link via Hootsuite, these images & text previews don't render, just the link.

Show number of retweets in statistics
It would be great if you added the number of retweets to statistics - both on an aggregate level and per individual message.

provide an option to disable the ow.ly toolbar permanently
The ow.ly toolbar is presently enabled by default unless the user closes it. I'd like to proactively disable it so that the url shortening service works like other services (e.g. bit.ly, tinyurl, etc). These services don't require a toolbar.

add aesthetic options (color/font/etc.) for the dashboard
So far I have quite enjoyed using HootSuite, but I would like to see some options available to change colors and fonts, basically the "look and feel" of the dashboard.

Use the official RT API for ReTweets
Hootsuite should lead the way in adoption of Twitter's additions to their API. At least give users the choice to use the cleaner less redundant RT API if they don't want to edit the message they are retweeting.

Enable recurring (scheduled) tweets!
It would be nice to allow users to schedule recurring tweets - I want to be able to send the same tweet on each Monday, Tuesday, etc.

Combined 'Pending' column for all social networks

Allow us to drag and drop sort the social network icons on the top right (the ones we checkmark)

Make re-tweets done directly on Twitter visable on Hootsuite.
These should appear in mentions if they are re-tweets of your tweets and as sent tweets if they are re-tweets of someone elses tweets. Alternatively, you could create a column specifically for re-tweets.

Allow bulk uploads so lots of tweets can be scheduled with one file upload.
Enable some means to upload a CSV or some other spreadsheet format that would enable scheduling a lot of votes all at once, with one file upload.

Add a 1-Click "Reply to All" feature
Allow us to Reply to All @usernames in a tweet with one click. UberTwitter does this and it saves a lot of time cutting/pasting.

add a scheduler to the RSS/ATOM feeds.
Use Case: an organization might want to have auto-updates during a certain time period (overnight or weekends for example) but wanted to manually update it during business hours.
