Allow the creation and editing of Facebook events.
I think being able to create Facebook events for each Facebook page from the dashboard would be extremely useful. That way, I wouldn't have to leave my HS dashboard to create and edit events and I could also send links to the events via twitter and other networks.

213 votesWe’re happy to confirm that users posting to LinkedIn Company Pages and their personal Profiles will see a preview generated on LinkedIn for links.
At this time the preview won’t be shown on HootSuite until after the post is sent, and we’ll look into further functionality in this area in the future.

Upload images directly to Twitter.com (not to ow.ly)
You can now easily upload images and share images with your tweets directly from twitter.com no need to use any other website or application. Can you please add an option to upload images via HootSuite directly to Twitter.com and not to ow.ly?
177 votesThanks so much for your feedback! Owly images now generate previews on Twitter, same as the native image hosting for Twitter. We’re continue to review the possibility of posting directly to Twitter in the future.

Add the Twitter 'interactions' tab to the stream so users no longer miss important interactions with their followers.
We constantly miss RT's notices and other interactions with our users since Hootsuite doesn't allow users to import 'interactions' data. Please add ASAP!

Twitter Stream API
Twitter has a stream API which allows a live view of the users twitter stream. Documentation is here http://dev.twitter.com/pages/streaming_api. TweetDeck (and ChromeDeck), and Seesmic both support it, and it's a great feature, would be awesome to have it in hootsuite too.

Allow Schedule and Upload of pictures to Facebook without needing a Twitter account as well!?
I can't believe it's not possible to upload/or schedule a picture to be uploaded to Facebook without the requirement/necessity of having a Twitter Account as well. Sort this out please Hootsuite, this is a basic requirement.

Rotate Ow.ly images
Can't believe that with the inevitable phone upload not being properly in portrait or landscape that Hootsuite doesn't give us any way to rotate. Seriously??

We will continue to look into ways that Owly images can be better manipulated after an upload (such as rotating).
However, for users that are having trouble with pictures uploading with the wrong rotation, we do have a suggestion. Many users have found that toggling the orientation lock on their mobile device, specifically iOS, has resolved this issue. To do so on iOS, double tap the home button, swipe once left and press the orientation button.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue for you, don’t worry! We’ll still keep this feedback item under review.

add the possibility to remove the hashtag "#" when posting differently than twitter ?
It's good to have the "#" symbol for twitter.
Then, when your post is going to facebook or linkedin, you have the "#" symbol before some words.
But for people who don't know the meaning of the "#", it seems strange .. so it maybe a good idea to have an option to remove the "#" when posting to Facebook or Linkedin (elsewhere thant twitter).

Post Facebook photo without using the owl.ly image hosting.
Sometimes I post images which I like the user to be able to view on the Facebook page without clicking the owl.ly link. It would be great if these images could be uploaded to the Facebook page (with a chosen image folder).

Hide Games from Facebook Updates
When FB friends post updates with games they are playing (like Farmville) I like to hid them. They don't show up on FB after I hide them, but they keep showing up in Hootsuite. Hidden people are removed from Hootsuite, but not hidden games

configure the Auto-Schedule function to not delay RTs and replies
Instead of kicking the toggle back and forth between Auto-Schedule and not, I would like to see a way that RTs or replies are not auto-scheduled and it is recognized that, that information should be sent in real time.

Foursquare has recently launched their pages for business, would be great to be able to manage them from hootsuite

Schedule Facebook post for scheduled, but yet unpublished blog post
It's great that we can schedule facebook posts with the image, but the blog post has to be live to do this. I would love the ability to enter my blog admin credentials so when I schedule a week's worth of blog posts to auto post in the future I can also pre-schedule the facbook posts before the blog post has gone live. We need a way for hootsuite to get into the blog and pull the info. Or whichever way is best; the bottom line is: it doesn't do any good to schedule a facebook post for a blog…

add global filters for keyword, application, or user
It would be wonderful if, as is with some other clients, I could filter out tweets from specific users, filter out mentions of specific users or applications (like paper.li, for example) or by keyword.
26 votesHootSuite now has filters based on keyword and Klout score. This feature is currently exclusive to users on a Pro plan.
Filters based on application and user is also something worth considering.

Enable messages to be pulled in from LinkedIn & Facebook
It seems that I can't pull in a stream of my direct messages from Facebook & LinkedIn where I can with Twitter. This means I can't get away from using LinkedIn & Facebook entirely. I can't imagine this would be a difficult feature to add, but what do I know?
