Do some kind of aggregation of notifications across all feeds for a network.
Facebook and Google+ have a "notifications" feature that allows you to navigate to all new interactions from the same place, so that you never miss any. It drives me insane that LinkedIn does not have this and I have to hop all over the website to find out where people have responded to me or commented on my content. You could do some kind of universal notifications dashboard that implements this kind of functionality the same way no matter what network you are accessing in HootSuite.

Psychology, UI and re-engagement
Psychology: love HS tools and general UI. But I notice something about TweetDeck which invites re-engagement after a pause, which HS lacks. I'm not sure what it is though. Perhaps HS UI is rather too busy? At times I almost feel I need a break from it. Whilst using Twitter for work doesn't quite feel like 'working' overall, I feel that HS seems to have a feeling of 'work' about it. As much as I enjoy using HS, I do often find myself drifting back to using the Twitter website or even TweetDeck [which I really have some major issues…

Show retweets the way you currently display conversations not just the number of retweets.
It would make sense for you show the retweets of our sent tweets the way you show conversations. At the moment it just displays the number of retweets and not who.

Auto Title Suggestion
When posting a link into either the web dashboard or mobile application the option to have the title pulled from the link should be available.

Set up a new way to upload images that isn't Flash-based. In Windows 8, I haven't been able to upload images via Hootsuite.
Maybe an HTML-based interfase or a secret e-mail link. If I want to upload images, I must use 7 or XP.

Hootlet "Generate Preview" for G+ Pages like you do for Facebook.
When selecting G+ Page from social network pull down, "Generate Preview" should work like Facebook account selected.

I wish it was possible to update your profile from the app. Also, it would be convienent if when typing a tweet and you @ someone your followers names popped up to make it easier.

Allow for disabling cached messages in the dashboard app
I don't want to have to clear cached messages each time I open the dashboard app.

Change "Invite" to "Collaborate" for private Twitter Search Streams
Can I recommend changing the wording from Invite to "Collaborate" when adding a team member to collaborate in a private search stream. This is confusing since the team member is already part of the organization.

Show time of post on Ow.ly reports
To have a better understanding of a post succes I would like to see the time of the post on the ow.ly reports so I don't have to go back and forth to the Publisher.

Hashtags analytics
We are currently presenting a proposal, users need to add to their twits an specific hashtag. Then we will give a free pass between all the people who used the hashtags.
Could you add a filter or maybe analytics in order to know How many users, how many times, and a list of user, that used the hashtag in a specific time line.

See only the favorite messages you choose.
Be able to create a stream where you can see only the favorite messages from a person you choose and not the others.

Darken sliders on magnum theme
From a visual Hierarchy thought process, the sliders/scrollbars on magnum theme should be darker so that the eyes are directed towards the feeds and posts rather than the scrollbars.
