We can now accommodate yearly billing for all accounts, regardless of how many team members, but only for Credit Card payments. If this interests you, upgrade to your free Pro trial here: hootsuite.com/plans/pro and enter valid credit information. Log into your account, then submit an annual billing request through here: http://ow.ly/9FctC. Note that only Pro users will be able to submit a ticket through that link.

We need yearly invoicing (6 man team). How do we "drop you a line"? Can`t find this option in billing configuration???

Corporate client needs annual invoice. They will NOT pay w/ creditcard or paypal... How do I get this done? We have money... please take it. But we don't not need a large team. Only two people. Thanks!

As a non-profit that does not use credit cards, we need the option to pay by check either annually or monthly.

I strongly recommend a lump sum annual EFT (Electronic funds transfer) payment for our Hootesuite Pro Package...
I head up a Online & Social Media department for a Private Equity firm which currently has 18 entities/subsidiaries utilising social media platforms.
So the difficulty being, 1x Company credit card, 11x Licensed computers, 11x Hootesuite accounts, 11x Invoices (from Hootesuite) 18x Entity contribution, 18x Internal Invoicing... per month and in all seriousness a nightmare almost worth binning Hootesuite Pro Package to solve...
And on a cost model, the cost of the time (paid time of staff) of the payment process versus the benefit of Hootesuite, am I struggling to sell this to Directors...
