        Why are you guys making it so hard for us to contact you let alone switch to an annual plan?

        We need yearly invoicing (6 man team). How do we "drop you a line"? Can`t find this option in billing configuration???

        Please... take my money. I have a corp client that needs to pay by invoice/PO, no credit cards or paypal. And we only need 2 seats. Please help.

        Corporate client needs annual invoice. They will NOT pay w/ creditcard or paypal... How do I get this done? We have money... please take it. But we don't not need a large team. Only two people. Thanks!

        As a non-profit that does not use credit cards, we need the option to pay by check either annually or monthly.

        We cannot sign up by creditcard or paypal and work only with purchase orders. Can you have your salesteam contact us regarding Enterprise options.

        I strongly recommend a lump sum annual EFT (Electronic funds transfer) payment for our Hootesuite Pro Package...

        I head up a Online & Social Media department for a Private Equity firm which currently has 18 entities/subsidiaries utilising social media platforms.

        So the difficulty being, 1x Company credit card, 11x Licensed computers, 11x Hootesuite accounts, 11x Invoices (from Hootesuite) 18x Entity contribution, 18x Internal Invoicing... per month and in all seriousness a nightmare almost worth binning Hootesuite Pro Package to solve...

        And on a cost model, the cost of the time (paid time of staff) of the payment process versus the benefit of Hootesuite, am I struggling to sell this to Directors...
