when scheduling messages, please give an option to adjust time in the 24hr format.
The times in tweets are now shown as am/pm, in Netherlands where I live we don't use that. So adding an option in the profile to be able to change clock to 24h format is a handy extra.
Since not everybody uses AM/PM time, and since the whole "is noon AM or PM?" thing snags me about once a day (yeah I have trouble remembering that part of the conversion) I'd love to see an option - in Preferences, perhaps? - to use standard 24hr time. Thanks!
When using absolute rather than relative timestamps, Hootsuite (iPad) offers only 12h time. Please provide an option to switch to proper 24h time - few countries outside the US and UK use 12h time any more; it's an anachronism. Today, nobody should be forced to use 12h time any more just because medieval clocksmiths couldn't fit 24 hours onto a single clockface...
The obvious way of doing this would be simply to follow the user's OS preferences, rather than to hardcode a default which cannot be changed.
Good suggestion. We’ll consider it.
Yes, great suggestion, I would be very happy to see this as a priority.
Yes please do this would be incredibly helpful and remove accidents around clicking the correct AM/PM button
