Make the bulk upload more user friendly. Perhaps .txt format. The CSV formatting is too finnicky.
ensuring the formatting is exact on the .csv format is glitchy and time consuming. Would also
be better if more than 50 could be done at a time.

9 months later, and no improvements. I am re-evaluating whether I'd like to keep this service, as it is not really providing me one. The point is to save me time, not cause me to spend hours unraveling the finicky (a good word for it) upload format nightmare. It's just stupid. And a waste of my time.
