Combine the "compose message" and "click to select a profile" windows
When composing a tweet, the accounts used are displayed in a seperate part of the screen/hootlet. It's also not clear for me as a new user whether the account is active or not. Would be better with a green checkmark in the "select profile" but best if both windows would be combined like TweetDeck does.

We’re always considering additional ways to improve the compose box UI.

Before you can post a message you have to select a profile, they go together that's why I expect them in the same "window". It takes a while to figure the profile box out as a first time user as the windows are seperate.
Profiles is the first thing you choose in TweetDeck window.
