Add more text character length for Asign note.
Currently the # of text character in assign note box is 140 characters for both of Twitter and Facebook.
It would be great if it can be more length like 300 characters.
It is necessary for our social team to use this length for confirming tweet response with our clients.

Character length has now been extended to 500 characters.

It's not 500 characters on my version...only 140. It won't let me post anything longer then that. Thanx
