unique subject line for notifications
We assign escalations to a CS team who then receive an email notification, the current notifications don't have any unique reference in the email url which makes it a nightmare for logging responses our side and theirs. Could we please have the functionality to at least indicate which network the contact relates to (Facebook, Twitter) and the time/date of the contact? This would really help make this a practical application for our organisation to grow with and roll out to other businesses. Many thanks
This is a tremendous idea. In fact, it is one we ourselves would love to use. We’re notifying our dev team for further review.

Currently it only says "Notification from HootSuite: New Message Assignment" which isn't ideal. Thanks
