The Bulk Schedule is very picky about the format of the CSV file it will accept and new users have extreme frustration trying to figure out the process. There's a better solution than letting users trying to figure the process out by endless trial and error and hours of frustration. Please add a link on the Bulk Upload page for "Bulk Schedule Troubleshooting" that provides
1) A video tutorial for Mac users
2) A video tutorial for Windows users
3) Links to helpful user generated instructions, blogs, tutorials including the Windows Excel template at http://www.HootSuiteBulkUpload.com was created by my company to create 100% error-free CSV files for HootSuite and has been tested and used by hundreds of satisfied users.
