On the Bulk Schedule web page, add a link to a "Bulk Schedule Troubleshooting" page

The Bulk Schedule is very picky about the format of the CSV file it will accept and new users have extreme frustration trying to figure out the process. There's a better solution than letting users trying to figure the process out by endless trial and error and hours of frustration. Please add a link on the Bulk Upload page for "Bulk Schedule Troubleshooting" that provides
1) A video tutorial for Mac users
2) A video tutorial for Windows users
3) Links to helpful user generated instructions, blogs, tutorials including the Windows Excel template at http://www.HootSuiteBulkUpload.com was created by my company to create 100% error-free CSV files for HootSuite and has been tested and used by hundreds of satisfied users. The spreadsheet is also available through CNET.
