make it easier to delete an account during the trial period.
The current setup is difficult to work in order to cancel a trial, and this makes it frustrating rather than sticky for the trial accounts—that is, it's annoying, and makes me less likely to choose hootsuite in future. Hiding the "account removal" section below the fold, for example, is a bad idea.

I've paid for my account, but I can't cancel.
THis simply doesn't work. You're instructed to select delete and there's no delete button. I'm so discouraged that I can't cancel ... even though I'm logged in. I'm sure to tell people that they shouldn't try hootsuite.
They're not hiding the "account removal" section below the fold...HootSuite will NOT allow you to delete your free account. There's not any information on the web on deleting your account. I've tried the "BAD" link that Sarah (Admin) posted...and there's NO DELETE button or option. Something shady going on up in this website. (Screen 18MAR2013).
I have a free account and nowhere are there clear, ACCURATE instructions about how to cancel the account. This is exceptionally poor. Why do you not provide this? Are you deliberately harvesting data?
I've been trying to cancel my account for WEEKS! It keeps reverting me back to the credit card menu. The company for which this was created no longer exist and I must cancel this account. Some immediate help would be appreciated.
