Option to Add Notes to Tweets
The option of being able to add notes to tweets would be useful. Although we utilize the assign feature, there are times when people on our team have already seen the tweet prior to it being assigned.

Hi Sarah,
I am aware of the comments feature with assignments, but I wanted the ability to write notes on tweets separate from assignments.
