Show people's real names instead of user names in the timeline.
If you are following a lot of people, it can get confusing trying to remember who is assigned to what user name. I think it would be fantastic if you could add a setting which allows us to show people's real names in the timeline in place of their user name.

We currently have this as an option with our iPhone and iPad apps, and may implement it in a future release for the web app.

This is long overdue. Means I hardly use Hootsuite now, which is a pity, because I liked it.
