Add "new followers" column
Tweetdeck has this feature, and I quite like it. It shows who recently followed you, without having to receive an email about it all the time.

This was implemented during our Barn Owl release. It’s on the People section of your dashboard.

I'm with MG – I can't find the people section OR the dashboard. Isn't Hootsuite a dashboard in itself – so where's the people section? Help a luddite out ...

One feature SocialOomph had i miss is to vet new followers and automatically DM them a rotating "HELLO".
