Have Klout include Ow.ly & Ht.ly links for calculating score.

As Klout is in the dashboard, and integrated with HootSuite, seems they only track bit.ly links 4 influence? Can they track ow.ly or ht.ly links too? You can see my profile as an example... http://ow.ly/226WU
