Get rid of the browser compatibility popup.
First, it isn't working properly because it does not recognize IE8 in Win7. Secondly, There's no need to completely obscure the screen to tell people they should update their browser. If you're using an older browser, there's a reason for it.

Because HootSuite does not support IE6, we must notify users of this. However, we have removed this notification for anyone using IE7 and8.
