With the integration of timeline on facebook pages, there is a new box call Recommendations.
Can you see if it is possible to integrate this feature in hootsuite, so we can monitor all the recommendations sent to our page?18 votes
Interesting idea. We can see how this would be really useful.
pleasecan we have an option to pay for hoot suite by invoices rather than a credit or debit card as we need to use this for the company and dont have one.
We’d love to offer more options for billing.
Allow users to turn owly links into QR codes by adding .qr to the end of the link like the new Google link shrinker (goo.gl) does... or offer the ability to use Google link shrinking within Hootsuite.18 votes
This would be a great way to extend Ow.ly’s functionality.
I would like to see a gadget for iGoogle home pages so I can manage my sm from my homepage dashboard using just one gadget.18 votes
If anyone is interested in developing this, you can contact us at http://hootsuite.com/app-directory
Something like Chromebird where new messages are highlighted until clicked (or read) that way I can run hootsuite in the background, but know what are the new status updates right away!18 votes
We’ll look into further ways to enhance usability with HootSuite in regards to new messages.
Most web sites which auto-detect the device/browser in use allow the user to choose to use the full web site or a mobile/limited site. HootSuite does not offer such an option for Android Honeycomb/tablet (Xoom) users, and forces them to download and use the sub-par HootSuite Android app. The same restriction is not made on an iPad / iOS, where Safari can be used for the HS Dashboard.18 votes
Support for Android tablets is on our road map.
YouTube Insights as modules within the Analytics.
You also need to reduce the prices. They're way overpriced since you can get the same information for free from their respective places.18 votes
Now that YouTube has been added to the App Directory, this is an interesting suggestion.
With the new Facebook lists option, I'd like to be able to have a stream only with the news feed for the friends on that list (similar to the way I can do it with Twitter lists)17 votes
We’re looking at additional ways to extend Facebook functionality.
I would like to have a column so I can see when someone writes on my wall or on my page's wall.
I'd also like to be able to see incoming messages from my FB inbox and be able to reply to those messages as well.17 votes
It is now possible to monitor your Facebook wall posts within HootSuite.
As for Inbox messages, we’re considering further ways to extend Facebook functionality with HootSuite.
The WP to Twitter plugin for wordpress does not support ow.ly. This would be a very welcome feature! Need an ow.ly plugin for Wordpress!17 votes
We’ll look at further ways to improve support for WordPress.
I need to be able to quickly see the total # of clicks for ow.ly URLs published via my various @accounts. For example, I want to know how many clicks we got between jan 1 and march 1 for a specific @account. Why this feature was removed isn't clear to me. Seems like a basic measure many would require.17 votes
We’re considering further ways to extend Ow.ly analytics.
It'd be easier to be able to create an organization for each client17 votes
I manage a bunch of different twitter accounts and though hootsuite makes it vastly easier, it can still be a pain to go through all my tabs and check each account for mentions and DMs to respond to. What I'd like to be able to do is assign more than one twitter account to a column, thereby being able to create an overview tab which has a column for all my DMs, a column for all my mentions, and a column for all my sent tweets. If I used hootsuite's scheduled tweet function I would want an aggregated scheduled tweet column, too. I don't think I'd use an aggregated timeline at all, the sheer number of tweets would make it virtually useless, but some people might find it useful.

We’ll review if this is possible with Twitter’s API.
I'd like to be able to see who stopped following us.17 votes
This may be something to consider when we add additional report modules.
I think it would be be great to see a user's entire Twitter timeline in Hootusite.17 votes
We’ve recently updated this feature to provide 50 status updates in the Twitter timeline. We’ll consider the feasibility of displaying unlimited numbers of statuses in the future.
While it is great that you can export archives as a CSV file, many tweets have commas as part of the message and that breaks the Excel import. Suggest that you allow other delimiters like tab or special characters that you can specify.17 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! We’ll look into adding options for different file formats for exporting archives in the future.
I would love a tab format that looks more like email (gmail would be an excellent example). Allow me to nest these tabs as well, and to expand and collapse. This will allow Hootsuite to accomodate more than 20 tabs at the top. Also... when I am in the tab, assume that those are the social media accounts I am posting to.17 votes
We are considering further ways to improve functionality with tabs.
The Facebook help community is FILLED with people wanting this! Viewers, please help by voting this...
...I have several people who "liked" my page because I used a service to generate likes... but these people are irrelevant to my page, which makes less relevant people see my posts... I want to take them off my likes, but Facebook lets us only see a few people.
PLEASE create the solution!17 votes
This is a great suggestion that would be beneficial to many of our users.
I'd like to set up streams based on a keyword and then filter results by location (UK, London, etc))

This is currently possible using geocode arguments, but not yet possible with the “near:” argument. We’ll look into this as a possible in the future.
