More social networks on the Free plan
I would pay a fee for more networks but don't want to go pro! That's too much for me!

Default Fields Input UI and/or multiple boxes
I had an idea to extend the input fields to be more complex (optionally) where we can customize content to go to different places without rewriting content for each user/social network.
For example, let's say I have this content to provide to Facebook & Twitter:
Twitter content - Free food today when you come to our restaurant! Visit our site -> mysite.com #location
Facebook content - Free food today when you come to our restaurant. Visit our site (link generated)

Rearranging the order of your teams using drag and drop. Just like the tabs and streams option.
When you add a new team to your dashboard, it is listing at the bottom of your teams tool bar on the LHS of the tab. It is sometime annoying that my most used teams are at the bottom all of the pile. It would be visually helpful if we were able to use this functionality just like you can on the tabs and streams.

add user to twitter list without need to add the column
I have 20 list created on twitter.com I want to be able to add users in hootsuite without needing to add the column to hootsuite first.

More Social Networks to be included in the Send Now Tab
Add more social networks that can be updated in one go(the tab besides the Send Now button)

allow you to delete the tweet from the home feed rather than going to sent tweet
This will allow you to instantanously delete tweet rather than going into sent, which is another tab. It would be easier to just zap the tweet from the home feed.

Currently you can rearrange your streams by dragging and dropping to have the sent stream next to the home stream if you would like.

Add 'My Activity' Facebook stream please!!!
add a stream in the facebook manager that allows me to view only my own in/outgoing messages/posts. it's maddening to have to scroll through everything to find what i last posted/statted/commented/etc. And vice versa, to view people's responses to my comments/posts/stats/etc. It's a no brainer!!

remove "view other pictures" from ow.ly
When an image is posted to ow.ly, in the bottom right there is a click through that allows image viewers to view all image posts. This includes images that are SCHEDULED for the future. If postings are time sensitive, this feature ruins the post. If it is too difficult to keep from future image posts being shown, please at least prevent click-through to other images. Other url shorteners do not do this, so we have begun using those, however it is very inconvenient...
It also wouldn't be difficult to add an option to allow click-through or not.

Make Assigned Notes Highlightable
Currently in the Assignments tab the notes (on the yellow bar) that are added to a message cannot be highlighted, ie. they can't be copied and pasted. The use case would be when you add a URL to a note to give reference to another team member.

Share owly links on FB with "link via [Page]" in feed
When I send something to FB via Hootsuite, when someone clicks Share on the FB link I've generated, it doesn't show "via [Page]" in their feed. If I create the link directly in FB, it does. This feature is vital and it's a bit of a nuisance to post separately to get this feature.

Allow filtering out of 4square and similar sites
Some people who I like to follow post things from 4 square and other similar sites. It would be nice to filter them (on Twitter)

Update comments on Facebook
When I make a comment from Hoot to Facebook on a friend's status, it isn't being reflected in Hoot
