Distinguish between title, body text and link in LinkedIn group discussions
Currently you can only upload a message to the title or the header of a discussion in LinkedIn groups, which is limited to 200 characters.
It should be possible to add discussions in LinkedIn groups with specifically a title, body text and even link separated in the 'create new message' field.!29 votesWe’re always looking at ways to extend LinkedIn functionality.

Auto-Schedule in dashboard and Hootlet to be independent from each other
Right now, if you toggle on auto-schedule in HootSuite's web dashboard, it also toggles it in the Hootlet, and vice versa.

I work for a large travel agency and my company has been using enterprise version of your software for quite some time. In addition, we have also been using CoTweet to fill in some gaps that we encountered with HootSuite, both browser and mobile versions. hootlet - have it ignore bowser names from auto fill
When you open Hoolet for page in Firefox for example. It adds "- Mozilla Firefox" to post. Have it ignore common browser names from default post.
28 votesCurrently, the Hootlet grabs text from a website’s tag. It’s come to our attention that some installations of Firefox, particularly in Windows, insert the browser name there. We’ll look at ways to filter that out.

Display new tweets in another color
Display the unread tweets in another color.
27 votesCurrently, new tweets show up with a discreet blue dot on the right hand side. With that said, assigned tweets now show up in blue and yellow boxes. If we display new tweets in another color, it would have to mesh with what we’ve currently created from a design perspective.

add global filters for keyword, application, or user
It would be wonderful if, as is with some other clients, I could filter out tweets from specific users, filter out mentions of specific users or applications (like paper.li, for example) or by keyword.
26 votesHootSuite now has filters based on keyword and Klout score. This feature is currently exclusive to users on a Pro plan.
Filters based on application and user is also something worth considering.

Add a way to delete, edit and otherwise refine streams shared with a team.
I often share streams with my team, but they are not always useful for forever. I'd like to be able to delete, edit or otherwise be able to control and refine these shared streams.

Posting a photo to a facebook page album
The ability to post directly to a specific album in a Facebook page. I would like to be able to control what album my photo goes into on my page.

Display images and video inline
When viewing your twitter feed, please include images and videos inline so you can see them at a glance, without having to do anything extra.

Remove From List
Is it possible to get a "Remove From List" button in a profile details as same as "Add To List"?

Hide the new sidebar icons like you used to, or let me dock them horizontally along the top.
The new sidebar icons are a waste of column-space.are a waste of column-space, especially on a laptop screen. Previously, these functions were hidden behind the HootSuite owl icon in the top-left corner.
There is no way to move them, or revert the layout to the old style.You know how _everyone_ hates it when Facebook makes unwanted changes to the UI without warning, and doesn't let you change it back? That's what this change by Hootsuite reminds me of. Please don't be a jerk to your fans like Facebook is.
25 votesWhen we hid those icons by defaults, most HootSuite users were unaware of additional HootSuite features that were available to them.
In the future, we may offer options for re-arranging the launch bar.

Support goo.gl as a URL shorter and tracking option. It also offers statistics and is frequently used by posters.

Images uploaded directly to Google+
Similar to this http://feedback.hootsuite.com/forums/40182-hootsuite-com-web-dashboard/suggestions/2396546-upload-images-directly-to-twitter-com-not-to-ow-l I'd like to request the ability to upload images directly to Google+ pages, rather than having to link to http://ow.ly/i/.
Being unable to do this makes sharing images through Hootsuite across all three networks pointless. You're better off doing it manually on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter for the best optimisation as the images are larger, clearer and more appealing when opened/viewed directly in the various social networks!

allow us to "mark read" or "mark responded to" mentions, as well as "assign".
When more than one person has access to an account, we're allowed to assign that tweet to a certain team member. When the tweet is responded to, it says "So and so responded to this". This means the tweet has been taken care of, and we can all move on.
I'd like the option to mark tweets in that column as "read" or "acknowledged", even if we haven't responded to them. Some tweets need no response, like a "Thanks for the RT!"
This would be seriously beneficial to my OCDness.24 votesA great feature for team collaboration.

Have a picture post in LinkedIn Groups
Facebook & G+ have photos that appear if we choose one. This should also appear in LinkedIn Groups as this will make posts more appealing.

Google+ Pages - Allow +1 and Reshares
Allow for doing a +1 on posts in our Google+ Page stream (like the Facebook stream allows a Like) and also the ability to do a reshare of someone's post in the stream (like the Twitter stream allows a retweet). t is too cumbersome to open each post in a browser window every time you want to perform these functions. The ability to comment on a post in the stream does work well already.
