It seems that I can't pull in a stream of my direct messages from Facebook & LinkedIn where I can with Twitter. This means I can't get away from using LinkedIn & Facebook entirely. I can't imagine this would be a difficult feature to add, but what do I know?

Add an option to delete previously sent DMs from your outbox. This already works for the DM inbox, so why not for the outbox too?

I often use a variety of different apps on iOS for looking at tweets - flipboard, tweetmag etc., and I'd love to be able to schedule tweets by emailing links from these apps to whatever address and have them schedule in Hootsuite.

For example, the email topic would be Tuesday, 10am, and the content of the email would be the Tweet. If the tweet was more than 140 characters it would be automatically shortened with ow.ly - any links in the post would also automatically be shortened with ow.ly

It would be nice to change the color of certain tweets in the stream. I understand that I can add additional streams, but doing it with background colors allows me to condense data into a smaller amount of space, reducing the time it takes to parse through it.

It would be cool to integrate a video upload feature to share videos...

My client currently uses CoTweet and I use Hootsuite. I am trying to convince them to switch to Hootsuite and upgrade to an Enterprise plan but they absolutely need the ability to receive email notifications when they are mentioned in a post or someone replies to a post. Is this a functionality you are considering?

Please make it possible to check our RSS feed for updates more often than every hour. Our news stories are highly time sensitive, so checking every hour simply isn't enough. Every quarter would be acceptable. Make this possible as soon as possible or we will be forced to switch to a competing service

This might already be an option but I didn't have time to scroll through the thousands of suggestions. Would like to be able to schedule ahead of time a trivia poll (such as already available on fb apps).

Sometimes ya gotta print! It'd be nice to be able to print a stream. Also the option to select how many tweets would be in that printed stream. It's particularly useful when pitching twitter to non-social media people.

I wish I could have that option for the management of my pages on facebook

Make it easier to know if they need to be added to a list, or are already one, and if so, which one. This would obviously only be for lists that I've subscribed to.

I suggest you change the error messages box somewhere else, it bothers when I´m trying to fix/resend my message. I suggest you send it to the middle of the screen.

Need feature to post directly onto a facebook event wall and this is done though the owner of the event i.e. the page or user.

As far as i see you can have one social network activity on each tab, if so for quicker perception (= easy navigation) between tabs putting social networks' icons before tab names would be nice.

If you are following a lot of people, it can get confusing trying to remember who is assigned to what user name. I think it would be fantastic if you could add a setting which allows us to show people's real names in the timeline in place of their user name.

Some emails clients like thunderbird add an small icon when an email has been replied or forwarded. To keep tracking of tweets, mentions, DMs or Facebook comments it would be nice to have this kind of icons in each tweet. In this way, we can see if a mention or DM to us has been answered to avoid forgeting to do it.
