I have a private twitter account. I am currently unable to approve/accept new follower requests unless I log on to my computer and accept by going online. I've tried doing this on my smart phone but I have not yet found an app that does this. If I use my Internet browser on my smart phone I CANNOT do it either. Twitter in the mobile browser doesn't have this option either.

Option to remove Klout scores from your profile. I have removed and revoked all access to klout due to privacy issues so not happy that it is still being displayed. By default your application is breaching my privacy

HootSuite Web needs to support RELATIVE timestamps instead of actual times only. (i.e. it should say that something happened "1 minute ago" not "at 4:33pm").

This is the default for both Twitter and Facebook natively, so it seems odd that HootSuite doesn't support it.

On a side note, the HootSuite iPhone app already DOES support this -- so, clearly, the data is readily available. We just need an option for it in the web interface.

The new CSV export of ow.ly stats is great, but please include the clicked URL and time of click so that I can cross-analyze this with the rest of my data (Google Analytics, marketing campains, support tickets) in @gooddata

With the integration of timeline on facebook pages, there is a new box call Recommendations.
Can you see if it is possible to integrate this feature in hootsuite, so we can monitor all the recommendations sent to our page?

I think Hootsuite should be able to automatically (or have the option to) remove hashtags from Facebook posts because they're unnecessary. At the moment I have to post to Twitter and Google+ at the same time, then post to Facebook separately removing the hashtags.

My company has a foursquare brand page that we use to publish the location of events and connect with our followers. We also use HootSuite for most our social media interaction.

Being able to schedule our brand's foursquare check-ins would be awesome. TweetDeck currently has this option, but I'd like to see if become part of HootSuite.

I would like to see a gadget for iGoogle home pages so I can manage my sm from my homepage dashboard using just one gadget.

Something like Chromebird where new messages are highlighted until clicked (or read) that way I can run hootsuite in the background, but know what are the new status updates right away!

Most web sites which auto-detect the device/browser in use allow the user to choose to use the full web site or a mobile/limited site. HootSuite does not offer such an option for Android Honeycomb/tablet (Xoom) users, and forces them to download and use the sub-par HootSuite Android app. The same restriction is not made on an iPad / iOS, where Safari can be used for the HS Dashboard.

Now that Facebook allows users to 'reply' to individual comments, and especially now that they have expanded their API for it, it would be nice if we could reply to comments within Hootsuite.

I would like to have a column so I can see when someone writes on my wall or on my page's wall.

I'd also like to be able to see incoming messages from my FB inbox and be able to reply to those messages as well.

I need to be able to quickly see the total # of clicks for ow.ly URLs published via my various @accounts. For example, I want to know how many clicks we got between jan 1 and march 1 for a specific @account. Why this feature was removed isn't clear to me. Seems like a basic measure many would require.
