Disable updates on mobile apps
Hootsuite for Android consumes a lot of bandwith. We have a lot of tabs configured in Hootsuite but we don't want to see updates and notifications for all of them in mobile app. The idea is to have an option to check/uncheck what we want to be updated and notified in mobile phones. We can reduce a lot of bandwidth usage.

Yes please to this suggestion! Had to sadly remove the app, as it was chomping up my bandwidth. Shame as it was really good otherwise.
A blanket option to "only sync on command" would be great if you can please, or if you can manage more fine-grained settings, "only sync on wifi connection" would be a great one (or alternatively, only syncing certain accounts, as OP suggests, would be really useful for those of us using Hootsuite for dozens of accounts that we don't need regular online access to all of).
