Chris,
I understand the issue with Spam. For me it is about creating an editorial calendar in advance, and also it allows me to process my workflow better than admin sharing folders. I can QA, rewrite and insert a message about 1 ever 1:15 minutes. This would allow me to go back and forth with my copy people, and then upload it all in bulk for the upcoming month, those items that my clients want to promote. OH... and I would PAY for this ability... why? Because it would save my business on hours and efficiency of hours every month. Keep this in mind. I can tell you that there is a company out there right now by the name of Involver that already has this ability.
Again... did I mention that I would pay for this? Also... if you made it work with Google Apps... even better. :) Or Zoho... Or Excel :)
