This is currently not possible with Twitter Web Retweets since Twitter’s API does not support that function.
However, it is possible using “old style” retweets. Here’s how to enable this in Preferences: http://help.hootsuite.com/entries/201700-how-to-set-up-old-style-retweets-in-preferences

Well, right now it is possible to choose which account to Retweet from but only with the RT style!
More importantly I need the option to be able to choose which style I want to use for each tweet. Look at TweetDeck or Ubertwitter which implement this.Marc Brooks

I used TweetDeck before but with the move to Linux I moved to hootsuite. Since TD has implemented this option long ago and I have used it extensively it is really a great loss of efficiency with hootsuite.
