Currently, HootSuite only loads one tab at a time in order to preserve bandwidth and API calls.
However, we do see how useful this feature may be, and may consider it for future updates to our API call process.

We recently added bulk uploads. Add up to 50 scheduled tweets in a csv and upload. Hope you all enjoy.

This would be a great feature to have. Especially for anyone that's juggling multiple Twitter accounts.
