The RSS Reader app provides a quick and easy way to view RSS feeds in the HootSuite dash. Simply add your feeds individually, or upload OPML files to import multiple feeds, and get a stream of organized stories and articles that you can not only preview, but share to your social networks.

I agree that this is a very important feature for HootSuite. Add RSS as a stream; the code to read RSS feeds is already available for automatic reposting. If I could spend all 10 votes on this, I would.
Alternately you could remove the requirement for the existing RSS/Atom feature to have to repost. Rawr. I will personally send your dev team beer and pizzas if this is implemented. ;)
