This has been recently rolled out as an option in the new profile picker. You can now “pin” and “favourite” groups of profiles.
This doesn't really address the request, pinning and favorite just adds a filter to the list. You still need to select them individually and all over again every time you set up a message. Once click for groupings would be a huge.
Something like being able to add configurable filters so at least the right subset of social networks show and you can just select all. Although that would be a hack. It would be better to be able to configure network groups so that the appropriate networks are selected by selecting the appropriate group.
Pinning and favorites does not seem to address my concern

This has been rolled out to Enterprise accounts in limited beta release. We intend on offering this to Pro accounts as well.

At this point the Facebook API doesn’t allow us to do this. We’ll continue to research it, and implement down the road if possible.

Thank you for your feedback about Google+ Pages in HootSuite. As an official launch partner of Google+ Pages, HootSuite was allocated a very limited number of seats for trial launch which is why they were allocated to Enterprise customers first.
We are gathering feedback and paying close attention to how existing customers are using Google+ as well as the requests from our user community. We appreciate your patience as we collaborate with Google+ to expand this offering. We’ll be very pleased to share updates when possible.
ummm, roll it out to the pro people like other beta functionality??

Hey everyone…thanks for your feedback and ideas. We are currently reviewing possibly integrations with these social networks. We’ll continue to provide you with updates.
Uploading would be nice but not as essential as comments, subscribers, posting etc. Should roll that stuff out in a phase 1 ASAP.
Oh and Chris, ambassador of unhappiness. I have left comments and you never reply What up with that?
