It's a little clunky having to go to Contact, choose the Twitter profile, use the browser to "Find" name of the Twitter user, if no results, then click next page, try again with Find, then click on their name, choose Reply to Tweet at them. Autocomplete usernames is a MUST for Hootsuite. It's one of the few things that Tweetdeck has over Hootsuite.
