    1. Make the bulk upload system better. Using CSV means I can not add comments to my posts!

        Agreed. Even for the most CSV UTF-8 savvy, this system is not user friendly at all and it makes it difficult for those trying to post in bulk to want to use hootsuite as all when all you get is Internal Server 500 errors.
