HootSuite is pleased to announce an update to our iOS and Android applications in response to your feedback. As of Wednesday, March 26th, 2014, we’ve updated the mobile apps to automatically include the image thumbnail and article summary alongside any link you publish to Facebook or LinkedIn.
Although previews are not visible in the app at this time, any links published to either Facebook or LinkedIn through HootSuite’s mobile apps will appear with thumbnail and link previews on the destination site.
We’re excited to deliver a top-requested feature with this release, and thank you for your feedback. Our mobile team is hard at work on a slate of other app developments, so stay tuned!

The Zendesk app doesn't function as a stream, but as a plug-in. If you select the drop down arrow on a message, you should see 'Send to Zendesk' as an option. This will allow you to create a ticket. If you do not see this option, ensure you are not using secure mode in Settings> Preferences. Thank you!Sarah shared this idea and gave it 2 votes ·
We’re happy to announce the ability to export scheduled messages from the HootSuite Publisher. From the Publisher, select the list view then check to select the messages you would like to export. Next click ‘Export to…’ and select your desired format.
