This has been rolled out to Enterprise accounts in limited beta release. We intend on offering this to Pro accounts as well.

Thank you for your feedback about Google+ Pages in HootSuite. As an official launch partner of Google+ Pages, HootSuite was allocated a very limited number of seats for trial launch which is why they were allocated to Enterprise customers first.
We are gathering feedback and paying close attention to how existing customers are using Google+ as well as the requests from our user community. We appreciate your patience as we collaborate with Google+ to expand this offering. We’ll be very pleased to share updates when possible.

We understand how frustrating it may be to see a tweet in your Home Feed from someone you’ve recently blocked.
We’ll review if this feature is possible with Twitter’s API and see if we can roll this feature out.

Good idea that would offer better customizability. However, we are exploring other interface refinements too.

This would be an interesting option for bloggers. In the meantime, we suggest checking out HootSuite’s social share tool: http://hootsuite.com/social-share

After review, we must decline this feature request. As a Twitter Product Partner, HootSuite must take special care to not violate Twitter’s Terms of Service, specifically articles I-5-A, I-5-D, and II-4-B (https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms)
Please note that while TweetDeck once had this feature, Twitter has since removed it. We must comply with Twitter’s wishes, and will therefore not implement this feature request.

How about an update. The last Hootsuite response appears to be from over 1 year ago. I love Hootsuite but right now it is not worth upgrading to the pro version until self-hosted wordpress blogs and Google+ is supported.
