We continue to consider new ways to extend Facebook functionality within HootSuite.
One point of note from a Hootsuite product development perspective...this might make your free account plan far more sticky. Right now, when a new user signs up for the hootsuite free plan they may forget about it (which is what I did). Having the option to email @mentions to me would have not only allowed me to responder quicker to @mentions, but kept me attached to hootsuite as well. I know other tools can do this, but having it in one place would be nice.
