After review, we must decline this feature request. As a Twitter Product Partner, HootSuite must take special care to not violate Twitter’s Terms of Service, specifically articles I-5-A, I-5-D, and II-4-B (https://dev.twitter.com/terms/api-terms)
Please note that while TweetDeck once had this feature, Twitter has since removed it. We must comply with Twitter’s wishes, and will therefore not implement this feature request.

This would be great, I'd love to have the dark theme on my iPhone app, it is easier on my eyes.

DLI think this is an essential option, I think you should be able to block/unfollow/report spam from the iPhone app.
Yup, I totally agree with this,use the darker theme on the web version as it is betterfor my eyes...
