Professional Subscription not working

I purchased a professional subscription on 7/9. It has yet to upgrade. I've signed out and back in, uninstalled the app an reinstalled it. I contacted your support and you say you don't have record of my subscription. I contacted google play to request a refund and they told me to contact you because they forwarded the payment to you. It's been 6 days and I still have a free account. Please advice. I cancelled the subscription but its active until 8/9.
