50% of scheduled posts 'Failed to Send'

For some reason 50% of the posts we schedule for Twitter have been failing to send since last week, with just the advisory "Internal Error". 

There is no correlation between which tweets send and which don't, and this has seemingly started happening totally at random. 

How do we fix it?

  • Got the same problem here. Even after revoking and reconnecting twitter, the problem persists.
