Location verification revision

It is ridiculous when logging in with correct UN and PW, to have to input a "verification token" when switching physical locations. The Google 2-step authentication app is a poor work around and equally inconvenient. Whilst I acknowledge security is important, ease of access is equally important, and to have to go and fetch a token each time I move where I work from is not cool. Otherwise the service is amazing! I have no suggestion how to resolve this other than to repeal the process. Thanks.

  • I have an issue with this, too. My boss and I both work within the same account, and I'm required to enter a verification code sent to their email address, which I don't have access to. She has to send the code every single time. We should have the option to disable this verification process. I could workaround using the mobile app, but drafts are not visible there at this time, which is what I work through mostly.
