Have a phone number for customer support. We have purchased pro but our account still shows free so we are unable to get Pro support to rectify the billing issue!

Okay not every single problem can be resolved by reading the helpdesk. This site needs a way to get individualized help over the phone from a person. The twitter feeds take too long and don't allow enough characters to be specific with requests.

I too really need to talk to someone. I have been charged for the pro account but the account has been transferred to another user, i can't seem to even log on to mine anymore and yet I have been debited. If someone could please contact me, on my email as soon as possible I would be very appreciative.

I did not order the Pro account yet I got charged for it and without any phone number I cannot even dispute it. This is ridiculous. Will be reporting to the BBB, not having a phone number for PAYING customers is unacceptable.

Hootsuite! Very displeased to see you are not dedicating employees to direct to consumer phone support. Sounds like you offer a great product, however I will never know since you are not willing to devote employees to express and educate on all the relevant perks of the service. Dissappointed to see you have not interest in our marketing dollars or social media sales suuccess. Hopefully LinkedIn feels differently. #PleaseTightenUp
You need a phone support system, I'm very disappointed you don't and feel like it was not adequately communicated when signing up for Hootsuite Pro that this service was not provided. I'm very disappointed.
No Phone support? That is way below any expectation. Not really what I'm looking for. I'll resume using Social Made Simple. Good luck with this-gb

A company does not want to advertise the issues they are having with Hootsuite on twitter. You need a better way to resolve tech issues.
Worst Customer Service- Dial phone number and listen to a voice recording directing you to the help desk at the website then a dead end no matter which option you choose. No resolution to issues with billing and continual silence after reaching out multiple times. Not worth the time and headache.
Great canned response, but social media (e.g. Twitter) is not necessarily an effective method for resolving tech support issues. I tweeted a fairly simple question and received a totally unrelated answer. I would probably have a fix in a couple of minutes if I could speak to a live person.
Who wants to tweet someone when their is a fraudulent issue going on? Why do you not have a phone number? Every reputable business has a phone number and is not afraid to share it. Apparently you are not interested in being considered a reputable company, trustworthy, nor do you want customers to look at you as having any integrity? You just lost my confidence. Your company just billed me for something I did not order...haha... the account was closed a week ago due to stolen identity. You can't get what you billed me for. Also, the service you provide rarely ever works. The free service did not work after the first week. Why would I order and pay for pro service when the free trial did not work. What is your phone number. Sounds like you are making a lot of people mad. Won't belong before a class action suit is filed if you don't get your business ethics together.

I 100% agree! Where is a contact we can solve billing questions with? I have tried everything. Nothing more frustrating than not being able to contact a live person after they bill you month after month.
I am having the same problem. I paid for 1 year of Pro. Worked fine for a couple of months. Now account says Free. Tech support say they Confirmed account is free. I paid for year of Pro upfront. This is not professional!
