Add a Read/Unread Indicator for Tweets
First of all my compliments fot the app I would like to recognise more easy the new tweets after refreshing, thanks in advance
Show what's new in the list of streams in the mobile app. The app is nearly useless without this.
Sometimes I come back to HootSuite and my feeds have been automatically refreshed. I've found a workaround (keep the last tweet I've read open), but it would be great to be able to put a bookmark (or similar) where I stop reading and go straight back to that bookmark when I return to the feed.
When a new messages is in a flux, the background is in other color
The ability to colour code each person you follow is a useful addition on Android Twitter client Twicca. Only 1 client on iPhone has this that I can find called Tweet. But other than this it's very poor.
Instead of just having a message pop up saying how many new message on twitter there are, I'd like a counter as I go through or some way of distinguishing which tweets I've read and haven't. I know simplytweet has something like that so I think that would be a cool addition
Tweetdeck allow(ed) one to mark tweets as Read. You could also clear the column of read tweets. Made it easy to see where you stopped reading.
Way to view and post FB comments; Apparently this is a WIP. A way to see which tweets are new; they could appear in darker (Green-Blue/Grey) shades of unread ones.
Lock orientation; it's annoying typing while lying down when it keeps turning!
We are currently investigating some methods of breaking down read/unread tweets within the HootSuite iOS mobile apps, and hope to be able to implement them in future versions of the app.
Thank you all for using HootSuite!

I'm surprised this has so few votes. Indeed Tweetdeck had this tiny bar indicating very clearly where you stopped reading. Since Tweetdeck now belongs to Twitter I would really want to switch completely to HootSuite, but this is the only issue preventing me to do so...
These are for the iPhone app.
